At Cardiff SEO Services, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a refund for all SEO service products within 7 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within this period.

Please note:

• Refunds are not full if your order included guest posts, link-building services, managed SEO, Citations, Digital PR or brand mentions.
• The cost of guest posts and paid links is deducted from your refund, as these payments are made to third-party websites and are non-recoverable.
• The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
• We only issue refund to a client one time. If you request a refund, and then order a product from us after, you won’t be eligible for refund again.
