• After an order is finished, changes to anchor text or target URLs may carry a £15 admin charge per change at the Cardiff SEO Services team’s discretion. Other modifications might have additional costs.
• Fees, services, documents, advice and reports are confidential.
• Search engines set their own rules about which sites and content they list. Your site might be excluded from any blog, website, directory or search engine at any time. Cardiff SEO Services has no control over these decisions.
• Website owners or bloggers might remove links or content, or they might change or delete their sites. Refunds and replacements follow the specific refund policy for each service.
• Cardiff SEO Services isn’t liable to you for any losses, whether direct, indirect or incidental, including loss of profits or problems with your site or a third party’s site. Using our services means you accept all risks, both known and unknown.
• We may adjust anchor text or other order details to help achieve successful placements or finish your project.
• Cardiff SEO Services does not promise search engine rankings for specific keywords, phrases or terms. We cannot commit to traffic increases either.
• All link building brings some risk of search engine penalties or harm to SEO performance. Cardiff SEO Services does not accept responsibility for any impact on your site’s rankings from link building or other SEO actions.
• We are not responsible for changes made by others to your website that might lower your search rankings.

Non Disclosure

Cardiff SEO Services does not sign individual NDAs for every agency or client. However, we treat all client information with the strictest confidentiality as part of our service terms.

We won’t use your confidential information for any purpose beyond agreed work unless we first get your written consent.

We promise not to share your confidential information with anyone except your employees or professional advisers who need this information to deliver your project.

Restrictions

Cardiff SEO Services may refuse or cancel orders for sites in illegal or offensive industries. We do not work with illegal content, hateful or defamatory material, or anything abusive toward individuals, groups or animals. If your order includes such content, it will be cancelled and refunded.

Sites about prescription drugs, gambling, casinos or adult themes may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Orders for these topics may be refunded if placed through the standard order process.
